Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms of use ("the terms") govern your use of WHO'S? ("the app"), a multiplayer party game published by an independent developer. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Minimum age

WHO'S? is not intended for children under 13. If you're between 13 and 18, make sure you have a parent or legal guardian's permission before using the app.

Description of the service

WHO'S? lets you create or join real-time games with other players via a room code shared freely (no account, no sign-up, no public matchmaking). The app offers several game modes involving short written text, a live chat, and votes between players in the same game.

User-generated content

Secrets, prompts, and chat messages written during a game are authored by players themselves and are not reviewed or approved in advance by the publisher. By using the app, you agree not to post illegal, hateful, harassing content, content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, or content that infringes on the rights of others. Zero tolerance applies to this kind of content.

Reporting and moderation

Any chat message can be reported by any player directly in the app; the reported text is then sent to the publisher for moderation purposes (see the privacy policy). Any player can also locally block another participant's messages, and the room's creator can remove a disconnected player from the current game. Since the app doesn't use permanent accounts, these actions apply to the device or the current game.

Intellectual property

The name "WHO'S?", the logo, and the app's design belong to the publisher. Content you write during a game (secrets, prompts, messages) remains your responsibility; you keep the rights to that content but agree it will be shared with the other players in your game for the game to function.

No warranty

WHO'S? is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The publisher does not guarantee continuous availability or that the service will be entirely error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including those related to content posted by other users.

Availability and termination

The publisher may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. An inactive game or room is automatically cleared after a short period of inactivity.

Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve as the app evolves. The update date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
