Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
WHO'S? ("the app", "we") is a party game published by an independent developer. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, and why.
No account required
WHO'S? doesn't ask for an email, a password, or a sign-up. Your profile (username, avatar, preferred language, games-played and win stats) is created and stored only on your device, in secure storage (Secure Store / Keychain). This information is never sent to a central server or external database.
Data processed during a game
To run a real-time game, your username, avatar, chat messages, and votes are transmitted through our server (hosted on Cloudflare) to the other players in your game, for the duration of the session. This data is not retained after the game ends: the server memory tied to your game is cleared automatically.
Content reporting
If a player reports a chat message, the message text along with the reporter's and the reported person's usernames are kept in a dedicated storage space for moderation purposes. This is the only game data we retain beyond the game session.
What we don't do
- No user accounts, no passwords
- No ad tracking, no third-party analytics SDKs currently
- No selling or sharing data with third parties
- No geolocation
Delete your data
You can erase your local profile and stats at any time, directly in the app: Settings → Delete my data. This action is immediate and irreversible.
Children
WHO'S? is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes to this policy
This policy may evolve as the app evolves (for example, if ad or subscription features are added in the future). The update date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
